Return & Exchange

RETURN

We accept return for refund within 14 days form the date you received the order. 

The returned items must be in perfect condition and with sign of unused.
Please send an email to sales@chiliconcept.com for a return authorization prior to send back your order. Customer is responsible for the return shipping, Calypso will not provide return label unless the item arrived defective​.

*All returned item will be donated to local organizations and NGO’s.

*Return and exchange does not apply to customized item.

REFUND

​A full refund will be initiated immediately once the item has been received by us at out return center, the amount generally takes 3 - 5 business days to reflect on your account which you used for our website purchase, but in some cases it may take longer than 10 days depending on the policy of card-issuing bank.

EXCHANGE

To make your request of exchange, please send an email to sales@chiliconcept.com within 14 days since the reception of the product.
